2 Park Avenue, NYC
Brand Refresh & Venue Launch
The Challenge
2 Park Avenue, a historic NYC landmark with a ground-floor event center and a skyline Lounge & Terrace on the 27th floor, had recently been acquired and was ready to reposition itself as a go-to venue for meetings, conferences, and curated experiences.
While the building’s strengths were clear—its iconic Art Deco architecture, prime Midtown location between Penn Station and Grand Central, and proximity to top hotels—the marketing collateral was dated and lacked the energy to compete with Manhattan’s trendier, “edgy” corporate venues.

The LAUNCH
Our soft opening at 2 Park Avenue, in partnership with BizBash, was one for the books. Guests arrived to smoked signature cocktails and an art-inspired charcuterie setup that immediately set the tone. Inside, a panel with Forbes and ESPN sparked conversations about the future of production and experiential events. As the night went on, everyone headed upstairs for rooftop views, chef-driven tasting stations, and live jazz under the city lights. The event not only brought the space to life—it turned 2 Park Avenue into one of NYC’s most talked-about new event destinations, with inquiries and site visits rolling in right after launch.
The Outcome
2 Park Avenue emerged Refined, Refreshed, and Ready to Host—positioning itself not just as a venue, but as a destination for teams, planners, and creators looking to make their mark in Manhattan.
